We need to consider below factors when designing LED PCB Board:
Material: Base on difference requirement on heat dissipate and cost limitation, the material we can consider will have Aluminum, FR4, PI, and Ceramic. Materials used for the printed circuit board should work together to remove and dissipate extra heat, insulate conductors, and allow electrical connections between LED components.
