Thermal management: Thermal management is one of the most crucial aspects of LED design. Besides material, we also can consider adding fans or heat sinks.
Trace Routing: Proper trace routing design prevents open and short circuits, crosstalk between circuits and manufacturing problems. Using the proper width of the traces prevents overheating.

3. Low moisture absorption: FR4 LED PCB has a low moisture absorption of 0.10%, which means that it has a great capability to resist water. So it is a perfect option for marine applications.

2. Excellent heat dissipation performance, low thermal expansion coefficient, stable shape, not easy to deformation warping.
