Ceramic PCB For Medical Device
This Ceramic PCB (96% Al2O3, t=0.38mm) was used in device for cure cancer, very expensive device, so require very high quality on PCB, the copper surface treatment need to smooth like mirror; The whole board surface need to be very clean.
FR4 PCB For Medical Device
In this sample, it needs high requirement on the components assembly, becasue small size components and BGA components. So we have made it with Immersion Gold for surface treatment. Compare to ceramic PCB, use FR4 can be less cost.
