V. Technical Specifications for Special Materials (SOP)

1. High-Frequency / PTFE Substrates

Strict Time-to-Floor: Must be used within 72 hours of opening the vacuum seal.
Baking Constraints: If moisture is detected, baking temperature must not exceed 80°C to prevent dielectric constant (Dk) drift.
