How to order a PCB board : involves a series of steps :
1. If you only know the function, but there is no PCB file, you can tell us your PCBA function requirements and PCBA size requirements, we have professional engineers group can help you design PCB hardware and PCBA firmware, after the completion of the design there will be samples produced, and we can share the test video with you, the samples will be sent to you to test and confirmalso
2. If you have PCBA samples in hand, we can clone your samples by PCBA hardware copy board and IC firmware decryption, after cloning, we will produce new samples and send them to you for testing and confirmation.
3. If you have Gerber and BOM information, you can directly share it with us (our email is : sales1@jlspcba.com), once we receive your Gerber and BOM information, we can give you the price and delivery time within ONE day.

We will design Your PCB in firmware and hardware :
1) Our engineer will use PCB design software such as Eagle, KiCad, Altium Designer, or others to create your PCB layout. Ensure your design follows electrical and mechanical specifications, considering factors like component placement, trace routing, and board dimensions.
2) Selection of components , IC , circuit etc (Choose cheaper and suitable components for your project)
3) Design circuit schematic
4) Design the firmware
5) Complete the first PCB sample
6) Purchase all components
7) Assembly PCBA
8) Program the firmware into PCBA for functional testing
9) Debug the firmware
10) 100% functional testing finished
So how to order a PCB board if different situation ?
1. Generate Gerber Files:
- Gerber files are essential for PCB fabrication. They contain information about PCB layers, including copper tracks, solder mask, silkscreen, and drill files.
- Export Gerber files from your PCB design software according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
2. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM):

5. Make Payment:
- Once the design & price & lead time is confirmed, proceed to make payment as per our instructions.
- Prices vary based on factors like board complexity, quantity, and chosen manufacturing options.
6. Manufacturing Process:
- We will begin production once payment is received and your design is confirmed.
- We will fabricate your PCBs according to the Gerber files and specifications provided.
7. Quality Inspection and Testing:
- Upon completion, we will inspect the PCBs for quality assurance.
- We may perform tests such as electrical testing (e-test) to ensure the boards meet specified tolerances and functionality.
8. Shipping and Delivery:
- Once quality checks are complete, we will package and ship the PCBs to your specified address.

9. Receive and Verify PCBs:
- Upon receiving your PCBs, carefully inspect them for any manufacturing defects or discrepancies.

10. Assembly (if required):
- If your project involves components, components sourcing will be happened together with PCB producing . After all PCB board and components is ready , PCBA assembly will be started .
- After PCBA assembly , will have different PCBA test like AOI test , SPI test ,X-ray, PCBA function test and so on to ensure each PCBA work good before ship to you
11. Final product Assembly (if required):
- We also can design and manufacture outer enclosure for your PCBA
- Make mold or 3D printing for your outer enclosure
- Then we can assembly PCBA and other accessories into outer enclosure to do a final product testing
